    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Generating and maintaining new accounts
  • Growing our existing customer base
  • Developing new prospect opportunities
  • Developing successful resellers
  • Achieving sales goals and quotas
  • Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to clearly understand customers’ business requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Some domestic travel required
  • Education, Skills and/or Experience

  • 2 to 5 years successful track record selling software products
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
  • Experience within the workforce management or HR software industries
  • Always a Plus

  • Background in Time & Attendance, HR and/or Payroll
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
