ADI Time has a wide variety of support options available to ensure your applications and devices are running at optimal performance.

Software Support

With your ADI Time system, you are assigned a team of sales engineers to answer all your questions. ADI Time SaaS clients do not have any additional fees for software support. Support included with your subscription services is the following:

  • SILVER Support

    Our Silver Support provides access to regular software updates within the version (e.g. version 10) of the OnPrem license as well as unlimited email support with ADI Time Sales Engineering during normal business hours. Software updates are provided regularly throughout the annual term and deliver both technical and feature enhancements further improving and extending your ADI Time system. (Included with adiTeam subscription)
  • GOLD Support

    Our most popular annual support agreement, Gold Support provides access to regular software updates within the version (e.g. version 10) of the OnPrem license as well as email and telephone support with our ADI Time Sales Engineering experts Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am and 8pm EST. Software updates are provided regularly throughout the annual term and deliver both technical and feature enhancements further improving and extending your ADI Time system. (Included with adiOffice subscription)
  • PLATINUM Support

    Platinum Support provides access to regular software updates within the version (e.g. version 10) of the OnPrem license as well as email and telephone support with our ADI Time Sales Engineering experts around the clock - 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Software updates are provided regularly throughout the annual term and deliver both technical and feature enhancements further improving and extending your ADI Time system. (Included with adiEnterprise subscription)

Hardware Maintenance

If we are unable to diagnose and repair your terminal remotely we also extend depot hardware services. With our depot service, we will overnight you a terminal to use while ADI Time repairs the broken one. This service is a cost-effective way to keep you up and running.
